I made this for Vic's birthday tonight and it was a big hit. It was a great balance between the fish & leeks, the pasta, and the roasted nutty flavor of the brussel sprouts. (The best part for me was that I actually had all the ingredients on hand to boot!) Thanks for sharing! This entire menu is a keeper :) This dinner was delicious.
