I don&#039;t usually mind brussel sprouts as long as they are cooked well, but I loved them in this recipe not to mention it was a sneaky way to get my kids to each them.  I added thin strips of  crispy bacon, lemon juice, and finished with a bit of white wine and dinner was done in 30 minutes.  You could even tag this recipe in a &quot;Daddy Friendly&quot; category as I&#039;m confident that even my husband would be able to pull this dinner off without complication.
