Hope you enjoy it!

Leah, that same cookbook also has a recipe for a fruit soda bread (which is also traditional) which just adds raisins and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Most recently, I tasted one that was slightly sweet and included raisins. I'm guessing your recipe is more of the traditional route (which I prefer), but if I were to sweeten it up a bit (for the kidlings) and add some rainsins, do you think adding just a pinch more of white sugar would suffice?

There are so many versions of soda bread that it makes my head whirl.
