		<description>I am so sorry to hear about Miso.  My Sidney jumped the fence one night and never came back.  I think the coyotes got him - so I feel your loss.  But I also console myself as Sidney loved being outside and I couldn&#039;t take that away from him.  

I have made this chocolate cake and it is a good one.  I too get much consolation from going in the kitchen when things are upsetting and measuring and stirring and making something nourishing and comforting.  Lately I&#039;ve been making rice pudding - variations on Mark Bittman&#039;s recipe published in 2002 on the NYTimes website.</description>
