My favorite recipes are those that I can make at home for dinner on a weeknight! While it's great to make chicken noodle soup now and again with home-made stock and noodles from scratch, I treasure my quick and easy recipes that yield amazing results... like spicy peanut butter noodles, or grilled, stuffed portabella mushrooms.
As a side note, there are lots of comments, so my odds of winning this aren't too high... so can you post the recipe for the cake that is on the cover of the book? It looks soooo good!

I LOVE the website!

My favorite recipes are those that I can make at home for dinner on a weeknight! As for our family favorites....homemade pasta in any form, coriander rubbed pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes, and lots of baked goods, especially pies!

I love your website and cook recipes from it often. Favourites in my home include a lighter version of the traditional french cassoulet dish, pumpkin soup, and a spinach, mushroom and risotto dish.

I love many of the recipes featured on Dinner du Jour!! Please keep up the great work!<br

My favourites include those rich dark varieties, Beef in Guiness, Beef in Creamy Horseradish, Beef in Orange and my own Italian Shepherds Pie.

With the onset of darker nights its time for the casseroles to return to the oven. Her Bakewell tart certainly couldn't be considered a traditional version but it sounds absolutely scrumptious.

Oh that cake on the front cover has made my mouth water.
