Great way to use up zucchini!

Made this cake on Thursday (without glaze, but dusted with powdered sugar) and it still tastes great today. I too love coffee and chocolate together, but I have to tread gently as the rest of the family only like it in very small doses. Love the bundt tin too, always makes cakes look so pretty. I must give the recipe a try.
The chicken, looks grand too. I haven't made it for a long while but feel inspired.

The chocolate & zucchini cake looks utterly wonderful.
