		<description>I made this tonight and it was great. I made a few changes-- mock ground beef which worked well and I used greek yogurt instead of mayo in the dressing. It made a HUGE amount of dressing-- over a pint!

This would also make a great brunch with a fried eggs on top of the tostadas</description>
